Let us help you ring in the New Year in style - and in the comfort of your own home.
You'll start the evening out with an array of hors d'oeuvres served by your own white gloved waiter.
After a leisurely visit with your guests (while sipping cocktails and nibbling on 
exquisite appetizers), you'll be ushered into the dining room to start your five course tasting menu.
Savour butter poached lobster, seared foie gras and filet mignon cooked to perfection before venturing on to a trio of miniature desserts and coffee, with each course being introduced by your private chef.

Passed Hors d'oeuvres


Caesar Soup Shot Slow roasted tomato-vodka soup, deep fried clam, celery swizzle stick

Seared Albacore Tuna with wasabi aioli on sesame wontons

Petit Crab Cakes sweet chili crème fraîche

Shrimp Toasts with water chestnut and sesame

Seared foie gras, caramelized pear confit, brioche triangles, blackberry balsamic demi

Blue Goose organic filet mignon, cabernet demi, petite mushroom duxelle filled Yorkshires, roasted golden beets, carrots, garlic and asparagus with celeriac puree
 
Artisan cheese plate
BC Poplar Grove ash ripened camembert, Tiger Blue, Blue St Agur and fig jam, garnished with gooseberries and pecan fruit bread crisps
