We'll meet with you in your home for a free consultation and discuss the sort of items you would like to see on your menu. Alternately, you may fill in the client consultation form and email it to us. In addition to a basic menu plan, we offer a number of specialized diets including low carb, low fat, low sodium, organic, vegetarian, atkin's, zone, south beach, senior's and children's menus. A brief questionnaire will delineate any food allergies or sensitivities. This information will help us prepare a menu customized just for your household. A date is agreed upon and your personal chef service begins.
The one-day service consists of preparing 20 single servings (five entrées of your choice, four servings of each). We shop for the freshest ingredients in Vancouver markets and come to your home with all of our own tools and equipment. Within hours you'll have 20 custom entrées packaged and labelled in your refrigerator and freezer. You will arrive home to a menu detailing the heating and serving suggestions; a spotless kitchen and the aromas of gourmet cooking. How often have you had a party and instead of having fun, were exhausted by the time the last guest left? With our in-home catering service we can make your next party relaxing and stress free. We offer gourmet dinners, hors d'oeuvre and wine tasting parties, global buffets, office and Christmas parties, invisible chef and intimate dinners for two. We can also take care of all the extras including wine selection, music, floral and table center displays, personalized cakes, bartenders, limousines, butler service and photographers for your special occasions. We'll start off with an in-home consultation to discuss the details of your party and go over your menu suggestions. On the day of your event we'll shop for the freshest ingredients and bring all our own tools and equipment for preparing your menu. While you enjoy your guests we'll serve and clear each of the courses and quietly clean your kitchen, leaving you no other responsibility than entertaining your guests over coffee and dessert.

The Prepared Gourmet
This service gives you five gourmet entrees, ready to pop into the oven at a moments notice when unexpected company comes by or you want to keep the cooking to a minimum when you have house guests.
